RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

At First Impressions International, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our hardware. Our attention to detail in design, material, and construction is matched by our commitment to customer satisfaction. While all items are made to order and not typically eligible for return, we understand that certain situations may warrant an exception. Any such exception must be approved in writing, and if granted, will be subject to a restocking fee and specific return conditions

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any shipping damage or order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, prior written approval must be obtained by contacting [email protected] or calling (954) 419-9918 to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Products will not be accepted for return without an authorized RGA.

Returns are not automatically granted and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval may only be given under exceptional circumstances deemed valid by our team. This does not apply to every order, as most of our products
are custom made and not eligible for return under standard policy.

If a return is approved, the request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Returned items must then be received within 14 days of the RGA issuance. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition and shipped in the original, undamaged packaging. The return must include a copy of the Sales Order and the RGA form.

Products that have been installed or are returned without original packaging will not be accepted. Items damaged due to improper packaging may incur an increased restocking fee of up to 50% to 75% or may be denied entirely. If approved, refunds less a 35% restocking fee and original shipping cost may take 7 to 10 business days following inspection and approval.

Custom-made products are not eligible for return under any circumstances unless a manufacturing error or defect on our part is confirmed. Original shipping and return shipping are not covered by First Impressions International.

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet entered production or been shipped. To cancel, please email [email protected] or call customer service at (888) 419-8885 with your order number and cancellation reason.

Backordered and custom orders cannot be cancelled after two business days from the original order date.

If a deposit has been submitted and the customer is unresponsive for six months, resulting in a delay in project progress, First Impressions International reserves the right to terminate the project. In such cases, all monies on deposit will be forfeited to the company.
